Terms & Conditions:

25% payment on Room Tariff will be deducted in case of
cancellation before 15 days from the date of Arrival.

50% payment on Room Tariff will be deducted in case of
cancellation before 7 days from the date of Arrival.

75% payment on Room Tariff will be deducted in case of
cancellation before 24 hrs. from the date of Arrival.

No cancellation and refund before one day of check-in date.
Check-out time 11-30 am.

Booking is not transferable.

Advance booking minimum 60% on room tariff.

Management reserves the right to cancel, alter, change,
advance booking due to unavoidable circumstances, any
article caused and will be charged.

If the tourist fails to avail of the accommodation within
5 hrs. of his schedule time of arrival in the hotel, in that
case reservation will stand cancel automatically.

In case a tourist shortens the duration of his proposed
stay, the advance paid for the unoccupied will not be
adjusted, no refund will be admissible.

Payment should be made in cash only.
